Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of all products and services offered by the Company.
  • Involve in application R&D, programming, integration, enhancement and testing.
  • To undertake system requirement design and application development.
  • To introduce and enhance R&D processes, programming procedures and documentation.
  • Provide effective maintenance and support services to clients.
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Software Engineer, Software Developer or related occupation.
  • Knowledge in software design using Object-Oriented methodology.
  • Experience and knowledge in either Java or .Net SVN development.
  • Experience with RDBMS such as MS SQL, MySQL and Oracle will be an added advantage.
  • Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, pleasant personality, willing to learn, hardworking and self-motivated.
  • Required language(s): Fluent in oral and written English.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible to qualify, develop, and secure new accounts.
  • Responsible to secure new sales of solutions and services based on quota given.
  • Responsible to understand the solutions that the company carries.
  • Plan and participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, road shows based on the assigned industry.
  • Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold calling, and cross-selling activities within an account.
  • Preparing quotations/proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Build rapport with C-Level and decision-makers of potential customers to increase/influence the possibility of winning.

 

Requirements and Qualification:

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related discipline.
  • Candidate should possess the ability to sale and have at least 1-2 years of solution selling.
  • The candidate must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
  • The candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work independently without close supervision.
  • Experience in selling Enterprise Solutions such as ECM/DMS, BPM, IDP & Data Capture, ERP, eForms, CRM, and Microsoft has an added advantage.

  • Possess a strong ability in sales, evident by past sales achievements.
  • A 'goal-getter' and proven ability to deliver assigned sales objectives.

  • Possess a pleasant personality.
