SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities include:

  • To develop sales strategy and build a solid clientele base.
  • To manage and lead the sales team to achieve set objectives.
  • To develop an effective sales plan and strategy to align with company objectives.
  • Effectively identify and develop sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodology.
  • Focus on corporate markets and meet on a regular basis with customers to generate new business.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess a degree in any discipline.
  • Good knowledge and experience in solution sales.
  • Possess good knowledge on Enterprise Content Management, Document Management and Data Capture. Knowledge and experience with low-code application development platform will be an added advantage.
  • Possess strong ability in sales, evident by past sales achievement.
  • A goal-getter and proven ability to deliver assigned sales objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Possess pleasant personality.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities include:

  • To develop a growth strategy aimed at financial gain and increase clientele base.
  • To manage and lead the sales team to achieve set objectives.
  • To develop a Channel Strategy to recruit and manage channel partners.
  • To develop an effective sales plan and strategy to align with company objectives.
  • Effectively identify and develop sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodology.
  • Ongoing relationship development during the new business acquisition process.
  • Focus on corporate markets and meet on a regular basis with customers to generate new business.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge and experience in enterprise content management or document management or data capture will be an added advantage.
  • Possess strong ability in sales, evident by past sales achievement.
  • A goal-getter and proven ability to deliver assigned sales objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Possess pleasant personality.

BUSINESS SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales activities and supporting sales team in RFP preparation, sourcing for the appropriate solutions, presentation and demonstration.
  • He or She will also assist in lead generation activities, workshops and exhibitions as and when require.
  • Work with consultants or prospects/customer to develop solutions that meet requirements with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to development goals and principles.
  • Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Good leadership, communication as well as business consulting skills.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in IT Applications Vendor or System Integrators (SI)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, documentation, requirement, analysis and presentation skills.
  • Good leadership, excellent negotiation and communication skill (written/oral) and able to interact at all levels
  • Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer.
  • Must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Definite plus if candidate have exposure in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. For example: Automatic Data/Image Capture Solutions (OCR/ICR), Business Process Management and Document Workflows & Management Solutions.

ACCOUNT MANAGER (SALES)

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Increase sales of software solutions and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Prospecting, qualifying, developing and securing new accounts.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, seminars and road shows.
  • Participates in development/execution on strategic account planning and marketing campaigns.
  • Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold calling and cross-selling activities within an account.
  • Prepares quotations and proposals.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in IT related discipline.
  • Candidate should possess ability in sales and have at least 1-2 years of relevant sales experience relating to software solutions. Candidates without the relevant experience but possess strong sales ability and good knowledge on IT may be considered.
  • The candidate must possess own transport and valid driving license.
  • The candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work independently without close supervision.
