Datamation Response to Covid-19

Dear Customers,

Datamation has continuously monitored the global COVID-19 pandemic, actively taking measures to respond to the rapidly changing situation to ensure the health, well-being and safety of our employees and their families, as well as to reduce any disruption in the delivery of our services and support to customers.

In accordance with the Malaysian Government's announcement under the National Recovery Plan (NRP) phase 1, Datamation will be operating as per normal for its Malaysia office with adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) of 60% workforce capacity allowed on-premise and for staff members who have completed both doses of their Covid-19 vaccination. Our phone and fax will be attended as per usual and kindly note that our working hours is from 9:00am to 5:00pm during this NRP phase 1 period.

Additionally, in compliance with the Singaporean Government's announcement of additional measures and restrictions under phase 2 (Heightened Alert), we are implementing a Staff Rotation Schedule for all staff for our Singapore office. Therefore, our Singapore office premises will be operating at limited capacity.

Business continuity is one of our key priorities here at Datamation to safeguard our people and minimize any impact to your business. We would like to reassure you that our sales and support services is operating as usual and we will take all necessary steps to continue without any disruption. We will monitor daily on the government's initiative and will inform you of any new changes in our operations.
