OpScan OMR
OpScan OMR detects the absence or presence of a mark, but not the shape of the
mark. Forms are scanned through an OMR scanner. The forms contain
small ovals, referred to as 'bubbles', that are filled in by the
respondent. An OMR scanner can maintain a throughput of 1,800 to
10,000 forms per hour. OMR is the fastest and most accurate of the
data collection technologies. For test answers and short grids like
ID number, it is also easy for the user.

iNSIGHT
 NCS 5000i scanner, along with the ScanTools® Plus software,
provides imaging functionality, traditional OMR program
compatibility, and superior data accuracy to meet your forms
processing needs. It can read OMR data, hand-print data, and
barcodes, and it offers programming flexibility to accomplish tasks
like conditional printing and sorting that are unavailable with
other scanners.

ScanTools Plus Software can improve your imaging systems by
capturing images for importing into other applications, controlling
the NCS 5000i scanner, and interfacing with the NCS Accra system.
NCS Accra™ Forms Processing System dramatically reduces the time
it takes to input critical data and offers unsurpassed accuracy and
efficiency. It is typically used with high-end scanners or fax
machines to ensure the highest quality images.
Xtender imaging software uses Web technology to give remote
users access to documents previously only accessible from LAN
connections. Without additional software, WebXtender imaging
software makes it possible to view scanned and faxed images,
computer-generated invoices, word processing files, and other
electronic documents from any desktop platform. And because
WebXtender imaging software uses standard Web browsers, minimal
training is required.
