Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help us grow our business and expand our clientele.

The candidate must be matured, resourceful and confident. He or she should possess strong ability in sales and have about ten years of sales experience relating to Enterprise Content Management, Document Management and Business Process Management space.

Key Responsibilities include

  • To develop a growth strategy aimed at financial gain and increase clientele base
  • To manage and lead the sales team to achieve set objectives
  • To develop a Channel Strategy to recruit and manage channel partners
  • To develop an effective sales plan and strategy to align with company objectives
  • Effectively identify and develop sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodology
  • Ongoing relationship development during the new business acquisition process
  • Focus on corporate markets and meet on a regular basis with customers to generate new business


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical /Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Good knowledge and experience in enterprise content management or document management or data capture will be an added advantage
  • Possess strong ability in sales, evident by past sales achievement
  • A goal-getter and proven ability to deliver assigned sales objectives
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity
  • Possess pleasant personality
