Business Development Manager


We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help us grow our business and expand our clientele.

The candidate must be matured, resourceful and confident. He or she should possess strong ability in sales and have about ten years of sales experience relating to Enterprise Content Management, Document Management and Business Process Management space.


Key Responsibilities

  • To develop a growth strategy aimed at financial gain and increase clientele base
  • To manage and lead the sales team to achieve set objectives
  • To develop a Channel Strategy to recruit and manage channel partners
  • To develop an effective sales plan and strategy to align with company objectives
  • Effectively identify and develop sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodology
  • Ongoing relationship development during the new business acquisition process
  • Focus on corporate markets and meet on a regular basis with customers to generate new business

Software Engineer


Key Responsibilities

  • The candidate is required to execute full software development life cycle
  • Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
  • Produce technical documentation/user manuals
  • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
  • Integrate software components into fully functional software systems
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
  • Write well-designed, testable code
  • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
  • Provide effective maintenance and support services to clients
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards
  • Be highly responsive to the dynamic nature of the Company’s business environment and possess ability to respond promptly against any critical issues relating to the Company’s supported systems at all times
